Welcome to Kindergarten!
From an early age I dreamed of teaching and helping others learn about Christ. I joined the Pilgrim family as the Kindergarten teacher in 2014. I am enjoying every minute of my career teaching young students and bringing them closer to God.
My philosophy of teaching is through hands-on-learning and fun. I believe Kindergarteners should enjoy learning, as well as learn through fun and engaging activities. I love working with students through centers, open-ended questions, peer learning, group discussions, games, reading groups, individual free-time and field trips. I believe in developing character in my students by instilling the biblical commandments and values of Christ.
